    The program starts without shoes on the holders

    The Shoefresh pod detects whether there are shoes on it by means of infrared sensors. Certain shoes let a lot of light through, so the Shoefresh opod does not start automatically. Start the program manually by selecting a program and then pressing the GO! button.

    Also open shoes and shin guards are often not detected by the sensors. For shin guards and open shoes, use the Shoefresh opod shoe bag .

    The screen shows the code “E1”.

    My shoes keep smelling

    We know from experience that the smell always gets less. But this does take some time. Every time you clean and dry your shoes on the Shoefresh opod, the smell decreases a bit. That's why you can try it out for 90 days, completely without obligation. Of the 1000 people who try the Shoefresh opod for 90 days, less than 0.5% send it back.

    In most cases, the smell goes from 100% to 20-40%. This depends on how old the shoes are, the material and the severity of the smell. The smell in the room where the shoes are in any case is always 100% gone. But if you start smelling with your nose in the shoes (which you normally never do). Then there is always some smell left behind...

    My shoes stay wet

    How quickly shoes dry depends on the material of the shoes and how wet they are. Use the tips below to get your shoes completely dry.

    • Use the SPORT program of 60 minutes and 60 °C.
    • Note: always use the LEATHER program for leather shoes.
    • If your shoes are extremely wet, wring out excess water before drying.
    • Restart the program.

    The Shoefresh no longer responds at all

    Follow the steps below if your Shoefresh opod does not respond at all (screen remains black and device does not start).

    • Is the plug properly inserted in the socket?
    • If there is a switch: is the socket switched on?
    • Does the Shoefresh opod work in a different socket?

    Doesn't all this work? Then your Shoefresh opod is probably broken... Apologies for this!
