The Shoefresh pod detects whether there are shoes on it by means of infrared sensors. Certain shoes let a lot of light through, so the Shoefresh opod does not start automatically. Start the program manually by selecting a program and then pressing the GO! button.
Also open shoes and shin guards are often not detected by the sensors. For shin guards and open shoes, use the Shoefresh opod shoe bag .
Finally, the shoe holders may not be installed properly. Follow the steps below to reinstall the shoe holders:
- Unplug the power cord and remove both shoe holders.
- Install the shoe holders and push them in firmly.
- Plug it into the socket.
- Put shoes on and check whether the program starts now.
