Returns

You have a cooling-off period of 30 days in which to return the product without providing any reason, effective from the day of receipt of the product. You have 14 days to return the product from the moment of the return notification.

These are our return conditions:

• Your order is within our return period.
• Returning your order is free of charge.
• You will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
• We will refund you using the same payment method as when you made your purchase.
• After receiving your return we will refund you within 14 days.
• Products must arrive in new condition, complete and in their original packaging.
• Products that are damaged, dirty and incomplete will not be accepted as returns or will only be partially refunded.
