Returns

You have a cooling-off period of 30 days in which to return the product without providing any reason, effective from the day of receipt of the product. You have 14 days to return the product from the moment of the return notification.

• The product can only be returned in new condition and in its original packaging.
• Products that are no longer in new condition (dirty, damaged or incomplete) will not be refunded or only partially refunded.
• The return costs are at your own expense.
• You will receive your purchase amount back no later than 14 days after we have received your return order.
• We will refund you using the payment method that you used to pay for your order.
• No costs will be charged for the refund: you will be refunded the full amount of your purchase.
