Return your order
You can easily return and/or exchange your order for a different size via the Shoefresh return portal . Here you can create a return label for the free return of your order. You can then hand in your return shipment at a service point in your area.

Please note: the smell of your shoes will gradually decrease. Give this process at least two weeks and put your shoes on the Shoefresh after wearing them. You can try our products for 90 days without obligation, so make use of this. 99 out of 100 customers are satisfied with the result after 3 weeks of daily use.
