If you send us an email, you will receive a response within 5 business days at the latest and we will come up with a proper solution as soon as possible.

    Because we prefer to discuss complaints personally and in a spoken conversation, we ask that you include your telephone number in the email. We trust that we will be able to resolve your complaint. If our offer does not provide you with a satisfactory solution, you can, in accordance with our general terms and conditions article 15, apply to the Disputes Committee of the Webshop Keurmerk (Webshop Trustmark) via [email protected].
