🔹 What will you be doing?
You will be the first point of contact for customers via telephone, email, chat and social media — supported by smart tools such as AI chatbots and automated workflows.
You will analyse customer queries and identify recurring issues — and help make these processes more efficient.
You will ensure the flawless processing of orders, returns and customer data — partly automated via systems that you will learn to use and improve.
You will actively contribute ideas on how to make processes smarter using a variety of automation tools.

✅ You are customer-oriented, but also skilled with digital tools and systems.
✅ You get energy from improving and simplifying work processes.
✅ You work accurately and in a structured manner.
✅ You have experience with Excel, AI-supported tools or other automation tools.
✅ You have a proactive attitude: you see opportunities and think in terms of solutions.
